These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and The Love Orbit (“we”, “us”) and apply whenever you use theloveorbit.xyz and its services. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Who can use The Love Orbit

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must not be prohibited from using online dating services under the laws that apply to you.
• You may have only one account, and you must not have been removed from The Love Orbit before.
• You must not have been convicted of a violent or sexual offence.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away at hello@theloveorbit.xyz if you think someone else has accessed it.

Community rules

When you use The Love Orbit you agree not to:

• use a false identity or someone else’s photos;
• harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against other members;
• ask other members for money or financial information;
• send spam, advertising or links to other services;
• post nudity, violent content or anything illegal;
• use the site for any commercial purpose.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own the photos and text you add to your profile. By posting them, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and adapt them so we can run the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where it has been shared with other members.

Safety and other members

We do not run criminal background checks or verify the identity of every member. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, online and in person. Please read our safety tips before meeting anyone.

Paid features

Creating a profile is free. If we offer optional paid features, the price, billing period and cancellation terms will be shown before you buy. Purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or if we believe your account puts other members at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for the conduct of any member, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If the changes are significant, we will tell you by email or on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use The Love Orbit after that means you accept the updated Terms.
